meet roofer Brian Blacka at cabin to give bid on maintenance work - climbed on the roof with Brian but not to the top where he went - took some pictures, snow stops are coming off and about 10 to 20 % of the metal screws holding the room are loose or already come out.  There is a leek in roof above the game room.  Water and rust stains are on the ceiling. 
meet Rex owner of Log Craft at cabin to give bid on replacing wood railing on balcony - took pictures and learned the owners of Log Craft were retiring and Rex's parents bought the company for their son to have a job - most of the company's work is in Park City.  They have 13 jobs in Park City on their calendar to do and 2 jobs in Heber.
Called Devin Cylde son of Kirt Cylde with Clyde A/C - will come next week to give bid on replacing and repairing A/C pad and checking unit
