3:00 PM MST meeting with children regarding maintenance and repair work at Cabin

Laura, Alex, Clara and Allison fly back to Cary, N.C. 

Debbie took Laura, Alex, Clara and Allison to the SLC Airport to catch their flight back to Cary NC at 11 AM

Samantha picked her dad, George Gourley, up at the Utah Valley Hospital in Provo after he was released this afternoon from his gallbladder surgery.

I set in on the family conference call where decision was made to proceed forward with the repairs and maintenance on the first phase of the cabin except for the railing around the balcony and steps.  It was agreed to wait until Tom arrives and see if he can do the railing.

The installation of the new flooring on the main level is completed

The fire sprinkler system has been inspected and anti-freeze will be added in September to hold if the temperature drops to -40 F.   The last inspection was done in Sep 2017.

The A/C pad leveled and Heating and A/C units serviced

Roofing maintenance and repair work

Replace two toilets 

Sand, caulk and stain outside of cabin

Stain the wood trimming inside the cabin

Paint the walls and ceiling inside the cabin

Replace light scones and fans 

The second part of the meeting was on the interior furnishing and carpet.  Autumn and Michael may fund this and let the income from Matthew, Beth and Rae Lynn's part of Sandmont Nursing Home rent is sufficient to pay them back.

New stove and oven

Replace carpet 

New furniture in the family rooms and kitchen

New bed room furniture 

Laura called and she, Alex, Clara and Allison arrived home in Cary, NC
