8 AM Legacy Center to exercise
10 AM - PIBCOA clinic appointment
Made a fruit and vegetable smoothie from the groceries I purchased yesterday. I also bought 3 beets for smoothies later this week.
Debbie left Jodi and Tony's this morning at about 11 am and drove to Shelly. She spent the day with his sister, Karlene, and mother, Jalna.
I set in on a Zoom meeting with Matthew and Michael where Matthew showed us what he was doing with his new software for nursing homes and surgery centers. After the meeting, Michael finished setting up my PC and showed me the new Apple MacBook M-1 computer.
